1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jackpot368 ("jackpot368," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jackpot368 website located at jackpot368.club and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the jackpot368 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering a jackpot368 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jackpot368 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your jackpot368 account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the jackpot368 Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or jackpot368's systems or networks.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to jackpot368 immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or jackpot368 staff.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to jackpot368 at any time.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the jackpot368 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of jackpot368 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

jackpot368 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Any unauthorized use of jackpot368's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jackpot368 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jackpot368 Platform.

jackpot368 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jackpot368 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, jackpot368's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall jackpot368's total liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jackpot368 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your jackpot368 account.

10 Termination

• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited at jackpot368's sole discretion. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, jackpot368 will return any verified balance to you via your registered payment method.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jackpot368 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jackpot368 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.

12 Amendments
